Booking a private guided tour with Shore Excursions Tuscany is quick and easy. Just select an itinerary, fill out the fields of our reservation request form and submit via fax. Please note that advance reservations are essential, since all guide and limo services are subject to availability and may sell out at any time. Reservations are highly recommended for larger groups, especially to visit the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia in Florence or the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Prepayments can be made via wire transfer in US Dollars and Euros, or directly to your tour guide. No credit cards, personal or travelers checks, please. Visa and Master Card are accepted only for the reservation process, meaning that your number, CCV and expiry date are required in order to register your reservation and will not be charged at the time of booking to your credit card.

Cancellations must be made ahead of time, within 48 hours prior to your reservation. A full rate will be charged for reservations cancelled with less than 48 hour notice and in case of no show. Please note that if you are a cruise passenger and your ship cannot dock at the port of Livorno on account of bad weather conditions or engine failure, you will be charged a 50% refund for the reservation process and reasonable expenses pertaining to the making of your program. In case you make reservations with other independent contractors while booking with Shore Excursions Tuscany, such as limo service companies and professional drivers, estates, restaurants, escorts and tour guides who normally collaborate with us, we inform you that the same cancellation policy will apply.
